Stamped on the lock cover is: THE FERRO MACHINE FOUNDRY CO. Up for sale is a vintage side mount tire lock by Ferro. There are no cracks. The key cover moves nicely.
Again, there is no key or threaded stud / bolt. There are some spots of surface finish loss, light bubbling, and rust / slight roughness where the has worn away.
