Pre-installation requirements: drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels. Flush cooling system and re-fill. Clear all transmission computer codes prior to starting or operating vehicle.

Install new filter kit. Compact spares will include a tire. Flush and inspect cooling lines.

Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal. And engage torque converter into front pump. Replace thermostat gasket.

If needed replace timing gears, chains or belts gaskets.

This engine comes with a 101 day part only warranty.

Adjust throttle position sensor cable. Replace oil, air and fuel filters.

Fill trans with manufacture specified fluid. Install new spark plugs wires. Pre-installation requirements: replace all seals.
